The Brokerage Department having four divisions; Industrial, Office, Retail and Residential. In today's complex real estate environment it is necessary to specialize in a Brokerage Division (Industrial, Office, Retail or Residential) and be an expert in each division.

The Property Management Department is divided into two areas: Financial and Maintenance. The highly qualified personnel in the Property Management Department deliver solutions to the daily problems that are inherit in operating a property. The Property Management Department manages office properties, residential properties (condominiums, co-operatives and townhouses) and retail properties (shopping centers).
