The last of the 3rd generation, Rich Pagano joins his family at Pagano Company as the newest sales associate!
Pagano Company, a Real Estate Brokerage/Property Management Firm specializing in commercial leasing and sales along with Property Management was founded by Ronald R. Pagano in 1960 and his last grandchild will be stepping into the business. This family owned Company prides themselves on doing business for over fifty five years and is able to find a solution for each client.
Rich recently graduated from the University of Rhode Island. With a semester of experience working in Boston, MA at NextGen Realty he is ready to dive into the Commercial Real Estate world in New Jersey. “My internship in Boston was amazing, I gained a lot of knowledge from the hands-on work experience. I am a very motivated and self-driven individual who cares about the people I work with and work for. My priority is to deliver superior service to my clients. With my passion for helping others, the database we have at my fingertips, a team of industry professionals behind me, and my drive to succeed will manifest itself in my work for the Real Estate Business. I live in Franklin Lakes and went to Indian Hills High School in Oakland. I know this area and more than just knowing the area I love this area!” said Rich Pagano.
